Days before Bobbi Kristina Brown was found unresponsive in her bathtub in Georgia she caused a horrific car crash leaving the other driver in a medically induced coma [click here if you missed that].
Now the driver is suing Bobbi Kristina for damages…
According to the AJC Russell J. Eckerman of Marietta is suing Bobbi Kristina claiming,
“Defendant Brown was traveling at an imprudent speed for conditions and was following too closely and improperly attempted to change lanes in order to avoid the vehicle stopping in front of her. Defendant Brown lost control of the vehicle she was operating crossed the center line and collided with Plaintiff’s vehicle causing extensive damage to Plaintiff’s vehicle and serious personal injury to Plaintiff.”Eckerman, who's medical bills exceed $730k, is seeking unspecified damages.
