Earlier this week it was revealed that Chris Brown was taking his baby mama Nia Guzman to court to establish paternity and set formal visitation and child support orders [click here if you missed that].
Turns out it's not about the money but about his mother…
Sources tell TMZ Chris Brown and Nia Guzman agreed on a child support order of $10k a month and unrestricted visitation.
The problem? Chris wanted the baby this week but she had already been shipped off to Chris' mom in Virginia. Problem.
Apparently Chris and his mom are NOT getting along so Chris is going to court to make sure he gets the baby when he wants.
