Ariel Archer of Richmond, Virginia was sentenced to three years summary probation yesterday after pleading no contest to misdemeanor trespass and refusing to leave private property.
Back in March Ariel was found by a housekeeper in the kitchen at Will and Jada's house and refused to leave until police arrived.
No one from the Smith family was home at the time.
The Smiths have been granted a restraining order barring Ariel from coming within 150 yards of them or their home.
