Last year Josha Sole was arrested at the Tyler Perry Studios after breaking into the building, barricading himself in an office and demanding a face-to-face meeting with Tyler Perry [click here if you missed that].
After Tyler filed a lawsuit against Joshua claiming emotional distress, Joshua fired back with his harassment lawsuit.
Now, according to The Jasmine Brand, in his response to Joshua's lawsuit Tyler Perry claims Brett Hendrix was never an employee of Tyler Perry Studios and that any relationship Joshua had with Brett was consensual.
Tyler also claims Josha's was fired for reasons other than his complaints about sexual harassment.
The case is still pending.
