Tidal is making a few changes to bring in the kids....
This week Tidal announced that any student with an email address ending in .edu is eligible for a 50% discount slashing the basic service from $9.99 to $4.99 a month.
The mobile streaming service also launched a desktop version of its app.
Tidal has also partnered with Ticketmaster to offer its users early tour date access, exclusive giveaways, discounts and pre-sales to bring the users closer to their favorite artists.
