According to reports Rick Ross and his bodyguard were taken into custody last night and booked on kidnapping, aggravated assault and aggravated battery charges.
They are currently awaiting a bond hearing.
Ross, who purchased the Evander Holyfield mansion, was arrested earlier this month in Fayette county and charged with marijuana possession [click here if you missed that].
