On Sunday a large group of bikers, nearly 200 in all, were spotted all over the city riding recklessly on sidewalks, running red lights and popping wheelies.
At one point during a police chase the biking marauders damaged a police car after the officers got out to chase a suspect on foot.
Kirk was arrested after receiving numerous bike related citations.
