Last night Kim Kardashian announced she was pregnant on the mid season finale of Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
In the teaser for the second half of the season an ultrasound technician points out the baby to Kim on her ultrasound and the reality star is later seen telling her sister Khloe she's pregnant.
Curiously, Kim has not mentioned the pregnancy since the teaser aired last night.
