John Legend risks angering Hollywood's gay mafia by breaking the Beverly Hills Hotel boycott…
The Beverly Hills Hotel is currently being boycotted by Hollywood A-Listers in protest of The Sultan of Brunei [owner of the BHH] passing Sharia law calling for the stoning of gays and adulterers in his nation.
Last year John was fully on board with the boycott refusing to attend a party at the BHH, his reps telling The Hollywood Reporter,
'These policies, which among other things could permit women and LGBT Bruneians to be stoned to death, are heinous and certainly don't represent John's values or the spirit of the event. John does not, in any way, wish to further enrich the Sultan while he continues to enforce these brutal laws'That was last year.
Last month John accepted $300k to sing two songs at a wedding reception held at the Beverly Hills Hotel with no qualms.
