Earlier this week the court appointed guardian for Bobbi Kristina Brown filed a civil lawsuit against Nick Gordon claiming he brutally assaulted Bobby Kristina before she was found unresponsive in her bathtub last January and withdrew thousands of dollars from her bank account while she languished in the hospital [click here if you missed that].
