Suge Knight claims he was too sick to attend his court hearing and refused to leave his jail cell.
According to the NY Daily News Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Ronald Coen says he almost ordered Marion "Suge" Knight forcibly removed from his downtown Los Angeles cell for Wednesday's hearing. But he instead delayed the proceedings to coincide with a Friday hearing in Knight's murder case.
Suge stands accused, along with comedian Katt Williams, of stealing a camera from a paparazzo in Beverly Hills back in October [click here if you missed that].
Suge does not have a lawyer for this case.
