Two years ago 32-year-old former Michael Jackson protégé and choreographer Wade Robson filed a lawsuit against the Estate of Michael Jackson claiming he was sexually abused by the King of Pop back when he was 7-years-old [click here if you missed that].
Wade's case was just tossed out of court...
On Tuesday a judge noted the statute of limitations had run out and dismissed the filing.
Wade previously testified under oath that Michael never touched him and waited until four years after his death to file his claims.
