Now the stalker is suing Tyler for defamation...
Tyler Perry has been named in a lawsuit filed by Joshua Sole claiming he was libeled after Tyler Perry called him "mentally disturbed" in a post on social media [click here if you missed that].
Perry is part of a larger lawsuit filed by Sole where the disgruntled former employee accuses his Tyler Perry Studios male supervisor of physical and sexual harassment claiming he was demoted and later suspended after complaing to studio execs.
Joshua Sole is seeking unspecified damages for retaliation, negligent and reckless failure to provide a safe work environment, intentional infliction of emotional distress, battery, invasion of privacy, libel and bad faith.
