Back in December Keyshia Cole was ordered to spend 30 days in jail after an old DUI warrant turned up after she was arrested for attacking a love rival at Cash Money CEO Birdman's condo [click here if you missed that].
Turns out Keyshia won't have to serve time after all…
According to TMZ it was all a big misunderstanding. Apparently Keyshia was ordered to take an alcohol education class, which she did, but her old lawyer failed to submit the paper work and the program director couldn't locate the 10 year-old records.
Keyshia's lawyer, Shawn Holley, was able to convince the judge to drop the case.
