According to The Jasmine Brand Lil Wayne has withdrawn his lawsuit, that Birdman NEVER responded to in court anyway, and is seeking to have the case dismissed without prejudice, meaning he can file the suit again at the later date.
Weezy was seeking $51 million claiming Birdman was holding up his album Carter V.
