Back in October Blood Sweat and Heels star Geneva Thomas was arrested for attacking her co-star, former video vixen Melyssa Ford, with a vodka bottle on a party boat during a taping for their reality show [click here if you missed that].
Geneva just plead guilty…
According to reports Geneva Thomas plead guilty to one count of third degree assault for the brutal attack that left Melyssa Ford with several stitches in her head.
Charges of criminal possession of a weapon and felony assault in the second degree have been dropped.
Geneva was ordered to perform 10 days of community service and stay away from Melyssa.
Shortly after the incident Geneva threatened to sue Melyssa for defamation of character for portraying her as a violent criminal [click here if you missed that].
