According to TMZ Damon Dash is suing Rachel Roy for breach of contract accusing her of interfering with distribution of funds owed to him from two fashion companies they started together.
Dame is seeking $2.5 million in damages.
Earlier this week Rachel was awarded sole custody of their two daughters 15-year-old Ava and 6-year old Talulah and granted a three-year restraining order against Dame [click here if you missed that].
