According to multiple reports the video cameras at Tam's Burgers in Los Angeles were not working at the time Suge Knight fatally struck Heavyweight Records CEO Terry Carter and seriously injured filmmaker Cle “Bone” Sloan with his truck after a confrontation in the parking lot [click here if you missed that].
Cameras from nearby businesses were pointed in the wrong direction.
However, sources tell TMZ the Sheriffs Department is in possession of a video that may have a small portion of the incident on tape and are hoping witnesses come forward with additional cell phone video.
Suge claims he was lured to the site and attacked by Carter and Sloan and accidentally ran them over as he tried to flee the scene.
