According to TMZ Maia has been arrested twice in the past two months for disorderly conduct in and around Atlanta.
Last month Maia was accused of cursing out a family in an Atlanta Burger King, after accusing their child of stealing her wallet and calling the arresting officer a f**king fa**ot.
Then last weekend Maia was arrested after making a scene in a Riverdale, GA Waffle House.
