It happened early Friday at the W. Midtown Atlanta Hotel.
According to Atlanta Police, Tina Brown hit Shayne Brown in the head with a bottle. Shayne Brown is a cousin of Bobby Brown, Bobbi Kristina's father; Tina Brown is Bobby Brown's sister.
Shayne Brown drove himself to a nearby hospital, while Tina Brown left the hotel before police arrived, according to Atlanta Police Officer Kim Jones. Shayne Brown was treated for lacerations to his head.
It wasn't Shayne Brown's first hospitalization in Atlanta. In 2005, when he was 21, he was stabbed in a fight at Justin's Restaurant & Bar. He was treated for that injury at Piedmont Hospital.
