According to TMZ Ray J just made a $2.7 million offer on a house eight doors down from his ex-girlfriend Kim Kardashian and her husband Kanye West.
Ray J tells TMZ the location is merely a coincidence because he's lived in Hidden Hills for years while Kim and Kanye just moved there last month.
