After spending over a year in jail a preliminary hearing has finally been set for Darren Sharper's LA rape case…
A preliminary hearing has been set for February 17, 2015 in Los Angeles for former NFL All-Pro safety Darren Shaper.
Darren is charged with two counts of rape by use of drugs, four counts of furnishing a controlled substance and one count of possession of a controlled substance.
Darren Sharper is facing similar charges in Arizona and Louisiana and Federal authorities have ordered Los Angeles Sheriff to turn him over to U.S. marshals in New Orleans by February 23.
