TMZ caught Halle and Olivier coming through LAX to a barrage of clicking cameras when Olivier suddenly uses an empty baby car seat to batter his way through the crowd knocking one airport employee on his arse.
The employee runs after the couple demanding police do something but Halle and her husband are allowed to leave without being questioned.
The airport employee has filed a battery report.
