Rapper Beanie Sigel loses a lung in Pleasantville shooting incident…
Back in December rapper Beanie Sigel was hit multiple times in a drive-by shooting outside his home in Pleasentville, NJ shortly after dropping his children off at school.
According to reports the person standing next to him was the actual intended target.
Sigel was released from the hospital earlier this week and according to TMZ one of the rapper's lungs was unable to be saved because it was riddled with bullet fragments.
The shooter has not be identified.
