Last month Toni Braxton hauled her ex-husband, former Mint Condition singer Keri Lewis, into court claiming he was way behind in child support [click here if you missed that].

Kerri Lewis is under court order to pay Toni Braxton $2k a month for the care of their two sons, 13-year-old Denim and 11-year-old Diezel.
As part of her latest bankruptcy filing Toni was forced to declare all debts and monies owed which is how Kerri's child support issues landed back in court.
But here's the thing, according to legal documents dug up by The Jasmine Brand Kerri recently auctioned off the royalties to 78 songs he wrote and received less than $16k for the lot.
