According to TMZ the woman attacked by Keyshia Cole, Sabrina Mercadel, just filed a $1 million lawsuit claiming her relationship with Birdman is strictly platonic and that she's been his personal assistant for years.
In her suit Sabrina claims Keyshia stormed Birdman's penthouse screaming,"Who the f*** are you? What are you doin' with my man?" just before pushing her to the ground and punching her in the face repeatedly.
Sabrina says Keyshia mistook her for a prostitute telling her, "You can get your money later," then slapping her on the butt.
Sabrina is being represent by the Johnny Cochran Law Firm.
