Earlier this year boxer Floyd Mayweather's ex-fiancé Shantel Jackson filed a civil law suit against him claiming he publicly humiliated her after announcing to the world that he broke up with her because she aborted his set of twins [click here if you missed that].
Now Floyd wants the case thrown out, claiming every aspect of their relationship was public property…
According to TMZ in Floyd's counter argument he claims Shantel asked him to help make her famous and as a result the public was invested in every aspect of their life, including why they broke up.
Floyd argues,
"A public figure involved with another public figure in a public relationship can expect publicity, not privacy, about why it ends."The case is pending.
