Execution warrant signed for rapper Cool C in the shooting death of a Philadelphia police officer…
Rapper Cool C, 44, is scheduled to die by lethal injection January 8, 2015 after being convicted of shooting a female police officer responding to a robbery at a PNC Bank in 1996.
Cool C and his mother testified in court that he was at home cooking breakfast at the time of shooting.
Two other men were convicted of second-degree murder in the case.
