According to TMZ Dwight Howard filed for full custody of his 6-year-old son with former NBA cheerleader and Basketball Wives star Royce Reed after Royce reported Dwight to the Florida Department of Children and Family Services for beating their son Braylon with a belt.
DFACS determined there was no cause for concern and the case was closed, but then Dwight fired back in court papers, calling Royce a "shockingly unfit mother who gives their son psychotropic drugs so she can have a "chemical babysitter."
Dwight is seeking full custody.
