Back in January rapper Soulja Boy was arrested in the Valley after he was pulled over and officers found a loaded gun under his passenger seat [click here if you missed that].
The charges have finally come down…
According to TMZ Soulja Boy claimed the gun belonged to a neighbor who borrowed his car but the DA didn't go for it and slapped Soulja with misdemeanor charges of unlawfully carrying a loaded firearm and a possession of marijuana charge.
The case is pending.
