Sherri Shepherd's estranged husband Lamar Sally is trying to force Sherri to pay child support for a child born via surrogate, using his sperm and a donor egg, after the couple filed for divorce [click here if you missed that].
Did Sherri save herself a ton of money by failing to sign the final surrogate contract..?
Lamar Sally tells The Daily Mail,
"Sherri signed all of the papers leading up the surrogacy except the pre-birth order, the order that would allow her name to be put on the birth certificate once the surrogate had the baby."
"Sherri kept forgetting to sign it or she lost it a couple of times. At the time I didn't think anything about it because she was always so forgetful or losing things but now looking back it seems suspicious."
