Two years ago Angela Stanton published her memoir 'Lies of a Real Housewife' accusing Phaedra of using her as the fall guy for a criminal operation amazingly similar to the scheme that got Apollo convicted of bank fraud and identity theft. [click here if you missed that].
Since Apollo's conviction Phaedra has not been cooperating with the lawsuit and according to TMZ a judge just ordered Phaedra to sit for a second deposition and to answer any questions pertaining to Apollo fully and truthfully.
