Last year Sean 'Diddy' Combs baby mama Kim Porter was sued for wrongful termination by a nanny who claimed she was fired after complaining about Kim's constant drug use around the kids [click here if you missed that].
The case has quietly been settled…
Kim Porter's former nanny Dawn Drago has agreed to accept an undisclosed cash settlement in lieu of taking the case to trial.
According to Radar Online Drago's lawsuit included claims that she once found Kim Porter’s twin daughters D’Lila and Jessie covered “in a white powdery substance” while she was driving them to school and that the powder came from a bag the girls found in the car’s backseat.
A second lawsuit filed against Kim Porter by a different nanny who claims she was on call 24 hours a day and never paid over time is also expected to settle.
The second nanny is being repped by the same lawyers as the first.
