Sources tell TMZ that a sex tape starring Draya and her ex-boyfriend David Miranda has been 'stolen' and is being shopped around to the highest bidder.
David is 'suing' the person shopping the tape and blames Draya for the footage falling into the wrong hands.
The tapes were made between Jan. 2011 and Sept. 2013.
