Earlier this week comedian Hannibal Burruss caught heat [and gained new fans] after slamming Bill Cosby in his stand up comedy act, chiding the veteran comedian for being so self-righteous despite the numerous accusations against him for rape [click here if you missed that].
Hannibal stands by his controversial remarks…
In an interview with Howard Stern Hannibal admits the attention was totally unexpected because he's been doing that bit for at least six months.
Hannibal tells Stern,
“It’s just information that’s out there… It wasn’t my intention to make it part of a big discussion. It was just something I was doing at that venue, right there.”
”I said it and I gotta stand on it, but it is an interesting situation."
