Gloria Govan, who is rumored to be separated from her husband LA Clippers Matt Barnes, is accused of forging Matt's signature to obtain a loan from Lou Rawls' widow, Nina Rawls.
TMZ got their hands on a lawsuit filed against Gloria by Nina Rawls accusing the actress of failing to pay back a loan for $150k.
Apparently Gloria approached Nina on behalf of her and Matt's production company seeking the loan to produce a TV project. The loan was supposed to be paid back in full in 2 months.
Gloria never coughed up the dough and eventually admitted to Nina that she forged Matt's signature on the documents.
Nina is seeking the full amount plus damages.
