Earlier this year Sean 'Diddy' Combs baby mama Misa Hylton's Westchester mansion when into foreclosure after she stopped paying the mortgage back in 2010 [click here if you missed that].
At the time Diddy, who co-signed the loan, said he shouldn't be held responsible for the debt.
A judge didn't agree…
The Jasmine Brand dug up the court ruling showing Diddy's claim that Misa promised him she would be solely responsible for the mortgage didn't fly on the grounds that the bank had no knowledge of his and Misa's private arrangement.
Diddy and Misa have been ordered to cough up $625k to Citibank immediately and there's a court order allowing the bank to sell the house at auction.
