Tameka defends putting Sheree on blast…
Tameka writes on her personal blog,
When I arrived at the restaurant to meet the Sheree and Monica, what you didn’t see is that throughout the hour long conversation I tried to change the subject and “deflect” from the ex topic because we were filming and I was uncomfortable discussing that subject on the show. When I feel confronted or ambushed in any way, my natural reaction will most often be sarcasm and indifference. This is where the “nonchalant” attitude was born. I figure why not just call me because I don’t like to meet with anyone and there is a confrontation involved. I’m an Oakland girl and from where I’m from, we don’t meet up to confront each other about a man with expectations of ONLY friendly chatter. Never turns out right!
Notably, Sheree’s “best friend” Monica LOL’d out-loud and basically consigned most of what I said. Like I have always said, my delivery may be questionable, but the things I say are not lies. I’m too grown for lies and fear no one but God, so lies aren’t an option. To be fair, I only brought it up to Monica (off camera) because we were discussing Sheree at my house and I thought it would be awkward hanging out and filming with someone that previously messed around with my ex. Again, this was OFF camera. But it’s terribly uncomfortable being the last to know. Let’s just all be glad that all of the details of our conversation didn’t come out. Sheree would definitely be furious, her BFF Monica was spilling all kinds of Lipton…but that’s none of my business, which is why I didn’t mention it in scene. (I’m dry-snitching;-)
