When R&B singer K. Michelle burst on the scene her main claim to fame was that she once dated Mickey 'Memphitz' Wright and had accused him of viciously attacking her and stealing all the money from her first record deal [click here if you missed that].
Did K. Michelle exaggerate the severity of the alleged beating…?
Two years ago Memphitz filed a lawsuit against Love and Hip Hop Atlanta, Mona Scott-Young, K. Michelle and VH1 after K repeatedly claimed Memphitz attacked her on the show [click here if you missed that].
Now, according to court docs dug up by Bossip, K. admitted in her deposition that she was never actually punched by Memphitz, although there were some cuts and bruising and she was hit by a water bottle, and she couldn't remember details about alleged threatening texts.
K also admits in her deposition that Memphitz paid for her breast augmentation and veneers, but not her butt enhancement, which she says she paid for herself and had done the 'drag queen way.'
The next hearing is set for Nov. 10.
Memphitz is currently married to Lil Wayne's ex-wife Toya Wright.
