Back in May Damon Dash went online to brag about how he and ex-wife Rachel Roy won this big money legal victory for Rachel's clothing line against fashion giant Jones New York [click here if you missed that].
Apparently one of Damon's creditors caught wind of the story…
Damon Dash has a list of angry creditors a mile long but according to The Jasmine Brand one of them, Kerison and Willoughby Capital, just lucked up.
After Damon and Rachel won the judgement against Jones New York Kersion and Willoughby, who were awarded a $400k judgment against Dame back in 2011, swooped in and filed a court order demanding any money paid to Damon Dash through Rachel Roy's company go directly to them to settle the debt.
