According to People mag no agreement has been reached between Sherri Shepherd, 47, and Lamar Sally, 43, regarding the child's custody, "It's still unclear what's going on," said Sally.
Meanwhile Lamar tells TMZ he had a baby shower over the weekend and Sherri didn't bother to send him a single item off his register.
