The video starts with Nicole trying to keep up with Michael as they exit the restaurant headed to the parking lot.
Nicole is clearly still trying to talk to Michael who keeps his distance and even turns his back to her.
At the 1 minute mark you hear Michael impatiently telling Nicole, 'You're [car is] down there' gesturing down the street and turning his back making it clear he has no intention of walking Nicole to her car or giving her a goodbye hug.
In the end Nicole walks away sheepishly and with a cynical laugh tells TMZ camera men, "Michael is always a gentlemen.'
