According to reports the appeals court in Georgia has granted a new hearing for BuJu Banton's case.
BuJu was convicted on cocaine conspiracy and trafficking charges after bragging to the informant that he knew lots of drug dealers was able to set up deals.
Buju was sentenced to 10 years in prison.
