Phaedra Parks filed a lawsuit against Angela Stanton for defamation of character after Angela published her memoirs 'Lies of a Real Housewife' claiming her former friend Phaedra Parks was the mastermind behind a crime syndicate specializing in stolen cars and insurance fraud that landed Angie behind bars [click here if you missed that].
Until now Phaedra, who claims she doesn't even know Angela Stanton, has refused to sit for a deposition in her own case. Now she has too.
According to reports a judge ruled that Phaedra's deposition is a necessary step in the lawsuit and that Phaedra must schedule one by July 4th and must be deposed no later than August 8th.
Sources claim Phaedra was holding off on her deposition until after husband Apollo Nida's fraud case was settled so as not to affect his outcome.
Apollo pleaded guilty to fraud back in May and is facing up to 30 years in prison at his sentencing next week July 8th [click here if you missed that].
