Earlier this month news leaked that Sherri Shepherd was trying to back out on a surrogate pregnancy because she believed her estranged husband Lamar Sally tricked her into signing the contract even though he knew he was about to file for divorce [click here if you missed that].

According to TMZ Lamar Sally is preparing legal docs to prevent Sherri from backing out of the surrogate contract and force her to sign the birth certificate.
Sherri wants the contract voided altogether.
The case is pending.
