According to reports around 2am on Wednesday 911 received a call about a man with a gun outside the Comedy Store.
Witnesses claim Katt Williams got into an argument with someone inside the club and it spilled outside where a gun was allegedly drawn.
Katt Williams was not at the scene when officers arrived and no arrests were made. An investigation is ongoing.
Katt Williams denies pulling a gun but claims gang members confronted him inside the club and followed him to his car.
