Ex Managers Sue New Edition
New Edition's reunion tour hits another snag as the group is slapped with a lawsuit by their former managers…
Earlier this month Bobby Brown had to leave the New Edition reunion tour for a while after conking out on stage in the middle of a show [click here if you missed that], and now their former managers are suing the boys for unpaid fees.
Benchmark Entertainment came on as managers for New Edition in 2012 and claim they set up the reunion tour, radio interviews, photo shoots and hired publicists for New Edition, only to be fired just before the tour kicked off last month.
Benchmark is seeking fees in excess of $500,000.
