In new legal docs for her appeal Alison is asking that the former couple's 4-year-old daughter Trinity be allowed to take the stand…
The Jasmine Brand dug up a motion filed by Alison last month with a list of witnesses she wants to call to the stand in her defense and Trinity's name was on the list.
That means Trinity can be questioned in court by both sides.
The case is ongoing.
