Earlier this week Real Housewives of Atlanta husband Apollo Nida was sentenced to 8 years in prison and 5 years probation for bank fraud and identity theft.
Questioned about his wife's absence from the court room during his sentencing Apollo told the media, "We have other issues. She had to go ahead and take care of our children.”
