Tracy Morgan showing signs of improvement as truck driver from horror crash pleads not guilty…
Last week comedian Tracy Morgan and six members of his entourage were critically injured after Walmart truck driver Kevin Roper slammed into the back of Tracey's limo-bus in a horrific six car crash that took the life Tracy's friend and writing partner James 'Uncle Jimmy Mack' McNair.
Reps for Tracy confirm the comedian is showing slight signs of improvement stating,
“Today was a better day. While Tracy remains in critical, but stable, condition, he continues to show signs of improvement. His medical team remains optimistic that his recovery is progressing.”Meanwhile Kevin Roper pleaded not guilty to death by auto and assault by auto on Wednesday after being accused of falling asleep behind the wheel of his 18-wheeler on the New Jersey turn pike.
A Twitter account rumored to belong to Roper proclaimed his innocence earlier this week Tweeting,
"I was never charged at the scene of the accident because once again i was not guilty of any crime. Not until all the TV cameras came."
"So yes i am now most likely f****d because i had an unfortunate ACCIDENT with the wrong car that night."The Twitter account has since been deleted.
